1. Introduction

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment must be made 3 days before arrival.
• Accepted payment methods: [Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.].

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

🔹 Guest Cancellations:

• Cancellation made 4 days before arrival: Full refund.
• Cancellation made within 3 days before arrival: No refund.

🔹 Owner Cancellations:
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative stay.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
  Please respect these times to allow our team to prepare the villa for the next guests.

5. House Rules

We kindly ask all guests to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for treating La Villa Mimi as your own home.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

✅ No eating in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining or outdoor areas to help keep the bedrooms clean and fresh.
🚭 No smoking inside the house or bedrooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. An ashtray is provided for use on the patio only.
👥 Maximum occupancy: 6 adults, 2 children.
🐾 Pets are not allowed.
🧼 Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink to avoid attracting pests. Kindly wash dishes after use.

Property Inventory & Damages

📋 A list of all items provided in the villa is available. This inventory will be checked before your departure.
🔴 Any broken or damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit. Please inform us immediately if anything is damaged during your stay.

Respect & Safety

🔑 Guests are responsible for locking doors and securing the property when leaving the villa.
🚫 Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No parties or events are permitted.

Maintenance & Emergencies

⚠️ If you experience any issues with the property (plumbing, electricity, etc.), please contact us immediately so we can address them as soon as possible.
